It is the mission of the Vinton County Ohio Board of Developmental Disabilities to ensure the availability of programs, services and supports that assist eligible individuals in choosing and achieving a life of increasing capabilities, to promote safety and health, and to assist and support the families of these individuals in achieving these goals
